This training video demonstrates how to download a Synkato phonebook PDF for use.

Video Instructions

1. To download a phonebook PDF, start in your Synkato dashboard.
2. Click the phonebook button in the quick links area, or click the phonebook tab in your left-side user panel menu to display the phonebook application.
3. You’ll be directed to the user listing page. On this page, click the download PDF tab in the top center of the screen to display the download PDF page.
4. The list of items that can be included in the phonebook PDF download will be displayed. By default, all items will be selected. Click the checkmark boxes next to each item to select which ones you do or do not want included in your PDF.
5. Once you’ve selected the items you want to include in your phonebook PDF, click the download PDF button at the bottom of the list.
6. Synkato will now download a PDF of your company phonebook. Follow your normal process to access and download the file.
